I used to believe that success is for everyone else, but not for me.
I often felt invisible, or wished I were. I was frustrated, stuck & eventually gave up on my dreams.
I wasn't thriving, I was just surviving, pretending to be happy on the outside, yet deep down, I felt like a failure.
Two things I learned that changed everything for me:
1. I discovered and continually practice training my brain to work FOR me. (Ever felt like a hamster spinning your wheels but getting nowhere? That's your brain working fiercely against you).
